MISSION STATEMENT We believe that the whole Bible is important for man. As the Bible says, ‘Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.’ (Proverbs 30:5) ‘But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.’ (Matthew 4:4) We believe that it explains itself, that the Old and the New Testiment are important and that the all powerful God has been able to preserve it untainted for us. We believe that unless a symbol is used as in Christs parables or in the visions of Daniel and Revelation the Bible is real stories and real events that were given for our admonition as it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:1 ‘Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.’ We realize that some things in Gods word are difficult to understand but God has made it possible for all to know what is important for ones salvation. We hope that what we put in this web site will be a blessing to those that read it. Because we believe in a whole Bible, because of the wide acceptance of the King James Version and because of copyright laws associated with the other bibles we here refer only to the King James Version. You may find that your version reads different on some of the subjects discussed in this presentation of which we are well aware of. Our doctrine however has been formed from the King James Version and that is our choice. Our purpose is not to argue the merits of other bibles but to present the King James Bible. |
